We have spot and flood beam of this work light, please note which beam you like best when place your order, or else we will ship spot beam to you.
The actual power is lower than the rated one (theoretical value).
LED lamp with the rated power and the actual power. The rated power is based on the lamp voltage and current,
count to the theoretical value. But for practical application, the current can not be full loaded operation, and some
power dissipation. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
Refund will not be acceptable, if caused by lower power.

We provide 3 months warranty for all items from delivery date.
Defective goods must be returned within 7 days from delivery date.
Only defective item can be offered exchange or replacement.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging for return.

* Express post not accept PO BOX address.You must provide complete address with house and street number.
* Korean customer please fill in right zip code (the new 5 figures zip code), otherwise it can not be shipped.
* Can not be shipped to overseas territories, include Subsidiary islands. If you paid, we will refund to you.

We have the rights to change shipping way selected if customer is in remote area or,shipping company policy forbids.

The remote area surcharge fee: DHL / UPS / FedEx Approx.USD35.

Customers choose China post or HK post should understand they are independent companies hat we can not control. We push them to delivery goods fast but goods may get delayed for unexpected reasons.

Customers have to check the package before signing. In case any carton is broken pls write a statement and ask courier to sign on. Then we will apply for compensation from shipping company to cover customer's lost.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
