1. How to deal with it if the lighter I bought arrived in broken package, item damaged or my parcel get lost?

A: Kindly contact us first if you find your item arrived in any question, we will help to solve your problem or deal with it together.

2. Do you have any refund and replacement policy?

A: Kindly contact us and give us a chance to assist you, before you asking refund or leaving any feedback. We can accept refund or replacement after discussion, the returned items must be in the original packaging and you need to pay the extra shipping cost.

3. How long it takes to received the lighter?

A: Normally it takes about 7 days if you choose an express shipping way, 14~30 days if you choose an economy way, depend on which country you are from. If you do not get your parcel for more than 1 month, please kindly contact us.

4. What version of the charcoal starter you provide? And can I use it in my country?

A: We have 2 versions, 110V with 3 pin US standard plug. 230V with 2 round EU plug. 110V works for most low-voltage country and 230V works for most high voltage country. If the plug do not work in your country please feel free contact with us, or maybe you can get a changeover plug in your local area.

5. How to use this electric charcoal lighter?

A: 1. Make a pile of charcoal, touch the charcoal pile with the lighter and pull the button.

2. Pull away the charcoal lighter about 15 to 20cm when sparks or glow appear.

3. Continue to point the charcoal lighter in the same direction for at least 60 seconds.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
